How can we order?

1. Go to idealvision.ph for the complete list of available products.

2. For first time users, you need to register first by completing data information such as your name and email address. Plus, you will get our digital VIP Card with perks and discounts emailed to you after you register.

3. Browse through the navigation bar to search or directly click on the homepage links for easy access.

4. Browse and shop, then add to cart.

5. After you have completed your order, proceed to check-out.

6. Fill up your details and secure your payment method from online bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card and select “PAY NOW”.

7. If you paid through online bank transfer, please send a photo of the confirmation message to the email sent by Ideal Vision or through a private message to Ideal Vision’s Facebook page so that the order will be processed. We can not process your order if we do not receive the proof of payment.

8. Wait for your order to arrive as we now deliver nationwide. Please see the delivery lead times below:

Metro Manila: 1-3 working days
Luzon: 2-5 working days
Visayas: 7-9 working days
Mindanao:11-14 working days

 

What products are available during the ECQ?

We offer contact lenses, contact lens solutions and single vision eyeglasses. Doctor’s prescription is required for those who will order eyeglasses. If your preferred products are not available, please send us a private message on Facebook or Instagram so we can check the availability.

 

Do you deliver during the ECQ?

Yes, we now deliver nationwide. Kindly take note of our delivery lead times:

Delivery lead time:
Metro Manila: 1-3 working days
Luzon: 2-5 working days
Visayas: 7-9 working days
Mindanao:11-14 working days

Buyer will be contacted on the day of the delivery. Buyer will also need to coordinate with the rider on the possible entry and exit routes for a smooth delivery of the items.

 

How will I know my grade?

You may refer to your previously used contact lenses packaging.

 

Will you be able to deliver outside of Metro Manila?

As of now, we are focusing our efforts within the Metro Manila area. After the ECQ is lifted, we will be able to expand our delivery channels and service other areas as well.

What if my grade is not available online?

For specific grades, please send us a private message on Facebook or Instagram and we will check the availability. Please allow us at least one day to respond since our office and retail stores are currently closed due to the ECQ.
